I'm not sure exactly how I'm doing this. I don't know if it's the fact I've been nonstop busy with two jobs I haven't been eating so much or if it's the increase of gym membership usage, but I've managed to lose 6 pounds. Of course I'm still not where I was before I decided to get sick and eat a lot since, but if I could say so myself I think it's a good start. I have to lose 10 more pounds until I'm at my happy weight though. Then after that I have to make losing 15 pounds my goal! So basically I want to lose 25 altogether, but I'd be OK with just 10. I'm excited - for gym visits this week, to take steps to become a healthier me. I only have six more days of working two jobs. This temp job I've taken on seems to be keeping me on the right track so if I can just do great for six more days, I bet doing great will become my lifestyle rather than a diet. I hope the month of April is a month about self improvement. I've decided up until next weeks Motivation that I'll write down everything I eat today until Sunday. I think that will kind of help in the snacking category because I don't know about you, but I have this thing where I don't really like eating in front of people. I know it sounds dumb. But I think writing it down for my blog is just like eating in front of people. So hopefully this will make me eat and snack less! Anyway. HAPPY WEIGHT LOSS. Tell me how your journey is going!?
currently the Angels are a big source of my inspiration(:
I swear Candice Swanepoel has my "ideal image". Her figure is amazing. She obviously doesn't have one bit of fat and she's not "sickly skinny" - she's just perfect!
