Project Description:

We are a firm in the Maryland/D.C. area that wants to put together a specific real estate based website. We want to engage in consistent SEO marketing along with a direct call to action message website. We will need to link social media as well and blogging, informational videos, etc with manual backlinking. Admittedly we're no experts but we have a very clear vision of what we need accomplished. We would like to have someone who works with us monthly on keywording and constant SEO marketing. Please have the skills and history to show you can successfully help us create this website, market it appropriately and maintain that marketing on an ongoing basis (part time IT work with us ongoing). I have chosen a fixed price for the creation of the website, however we will be interested in paying hourly for the SEO/backlinking/keywording that will be ongoing after website completion. We want our website to be compliant with the most recent google algorithms for maximum SEO exposure (at least this is what we've been told) We estimate original website pages to be created at no more than 30-35 total pages. We will also need to imbed a feature on our website that we will be licensing. We would like to be able to upload videos along with our blog that are sent out in the best "viral" campaign we can put together and create links from this for our SEO ranking. Please bear with me as we're newer to this space so if anything quoted above is not completely correct, we apologize. Looking for a pro to build and help guide us.
