Business Social Networking Top Joining Tips From A Business Contact Manager??

The internet has become the largest business social networking facilitation tool on the planet. Business contacts are accepting that Internet small business networking & contact network web sites are the place to conduct business on a global scale never available to them before. Contact networks are no longer managed solely by a business contact manager. Every established business contact & new business contact wants to join a corporate network

One of the most difficult issues for many business contacts is trying to join one of the online contact networks. Some small business networking sites take too long to join, while a corporate network might just be too technical a task for many technophobes. I receive many moans and groans from business associates because it is too difficult to actually join an online contact network.

With this in mind I decided to outline a step by step process of how to join as a new business contact. Every business contact and every technophobe should enjoy this easy and free joining experience.

Joining A Contact Network Experience

The entire business social networking joining experience is broken down into the following 3 steps.

Example Only: Katherine is a 32 year old business entrepreneur who sells both products and services, and Joseph is a 55 year old business contact manager and business consultant. Joseph advises Katherine to join a business social networking group, as a state of the art method for increasing her business network and business contacts for promoting and selling more of her business products.

Step 1: Free Online Contact Network Membership. Time To Complete And Go Live Online = Less Than 5 Minutes

Katherine wants to increase her business contacts, so she goes online and types in a network group domain name or URL, she is presented with a business social networking home page link asking her to join as a new business contact for FREE and informing her it will take less than 5 minutes to join. She clicks on the contact networks hyperlink and is presented with a corporate network landing page hosting an pre formatted business card. A business contact manager instruction asks her to fill in her business contact details.

Katherine types in her business details; i.e. name, business name, type of business, tel, e-mail, web site URL and address etc, into the easy to enter business card. It offers her the opportunity to upload a passport size photograph into her business card from her own computer.

She types in her User Name & Password.

She ticks a box asking Yes or No to whether she wants to receive local business connections into her business network to kick start her online network. Katherine clicks the Yes box. A warning states the following: 'You can block and remove any member from your network at any time for any reason.'

Another Yes or No tick box asks if she gives her permission for her contact details to be provided to other new members on the members list for new members. A warning states the following: 'You can block and remove any member from your network at any time for any reason.'

She is asked if she is happy with her details, or does she need to edit or alter a spelling mistake or correct a tel number. She clicks a tick box to state she is happy and her business card profile is live online.

Katherine is now a live online business networking member. This membership is free and has taken less than 5 minutes.

The Following 4 Things Happen Automatically

1. Katherine receives a business contact auto responder e-mail from the contact network welcoming her to the corporate network and informing her she can now interact, market and promote her business, services, products and business contacts to other members. She is informed how to connect with other members.

2. This business social networking auto responder e-mail also contains her new business contact contact networks registration number and a hyperlink which takes her back to the networking group's home page where her personal profile page displays her completed business card details.

3. Katherine's personal profile page is blank except for her business card details. A message informs her she can fill the entire page with information relevant to her and her business, and her products or services. It's almost like a Dynamic Resume or mini CV. It has multiple sections specifically designed to promote you and provide confidence in other members to network with you and purchase from you.

4. An 'Upgrade to Premier Membership' Flash box appears in the blank section of Katherine's personal profile page asking her to click for a visual example of how her completed profile page can look. Katherine views the page. The box then informs Katherine that if she feels this upgrade service provides far more value than cost, then she can upgrade.

Katherine clicks the box and is taken to a Premier Membership Upgrade Landing Page
