you can type the virus name that attacked you (e.g. AntivirXp08, I got attacked once by it, and deleted permanently by malwarebytes) in google and search for the best solution. I think different spyware have their own ?best? treatment?

2) I think the source is an unsafe website and download. Once I wanted to see a video and I have to install a codec or something like that, then suddenly I was attacked by that spyware. So you better be careful on downloading anything. Make sure the website is secured.
