Our client is seeking a talent acquisition manager to lead their functional recruiting organization and recruiting and selection strategy. ?The successful candidate will lead a team of functionally aligned recruiters to deliver world-class talent to the organization, partner with multiple businesses and functions to implement strategies and ensure that our talent acquisition strategy is executed with consistency and in-line with industry best practices.
?Job Description
- Select, train, coach and motivate talent acquisition team to ensure service deliver-ables and the overall talent needs are met
- Provide strategic team leadership and guidance to deliver high quality candidates and hires across the organization by:
- Optimizing talent acquisition expertise and leveraging talent acquisition best practice models, tools, technology and vendors
- Benchmarking? strategies and implement best practices
- Leveraging technology and tools to drive process efficiencies
- Improving? talent acquisition? process to drive better hiring decisions
- Identifying skills, knowledge and abilities of? ideal candidates
- Enhancing? relationships with hiring managers by providing consultative advise and influencing outcomes
- Delivering high-quality recruiting results based on established metrics
- Determine and establish team structure that supports workload and work-flow of all functional talent acquisition activity
- Build and support strong partnerships with all business leaders.? Identify areas of need for change management strategies and build action plans to execute change to address those needs
- Maintain awareness of market and industry trends that will impact service deliver-ables
- Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to define and establish new programs and process related to hiring and selection
- Lead talent acquisition best practice process related to pre- and post-hire assessment tools, including maintaining relationships with outside vendors
- Lead executive talent acquisition strategy and lead retained searches
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in business, human resources/industrial relations or related field
- Eight-plus years experience in a human resources and/or leadership role working directly with senior leaders and/or membership on a business leadership team
- Four-plus years experience in a Fortune 500 functional talent acquisition environment
- Two-plus ?years experience in leading executive retained searches
- Two-plus years team leadership experience
- Immigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position
- MBA or MA in business, human resources/industrial relations, or related field
- Fortune 500 global company experience
- Strong marketing/selling skills with the ability to influence senior management, candidates and hiring managers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
- Proactive, innovative and problem solving skills
- Collaborative team player
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environment
- Ability to work independently
